I’m the Rockin’ Z Artist. My name is Timothy Draper and I am a minimalist abstract painter. Simplicity in both form and content is present in most of my paintings, allowing the viewer to see a composition more intensely because the distraction of a theme is removed. I believe that I am a minimalist because I only apply the right amount of color to make the art piece complete. I use a minimal amount of black and a limited amount of white, all color!! This style of painting only applies to my abstracts, my fairy and mermaid paintings have themes to them. Most of my abstract paintings are done in acrylic paint. The fairy and mermaid paintings were done with watercolor. The geometric abstracts were done in mixed media, a combination of watercolor and acrylic. All of my paintings are hand drawn and hand painted.
I am a Maine-based artist and my art prints are made of the highest quality, by a Maine-based print company. A certificate of authenticity will be sent with every print purchased and will be signed and dated by the artist.
