I was born in New Haven Connecticut in 1960. I attended regular school until I went to High School, then I attended a Regional Technical High School in Milford CT. There I studied Drafting and because of that you can see it influenced the way I make my Geometric Paintings. I served from September 1977 to December 1991 in the U.S. Navy and I  was released from service due to a serious neck injury.

I was always artistic, as a child I would draw and paint often and in junior high school I won a blue ribbon from the state of Connecticut for painting the Painting of Blue Boy. I really didn’t begin painting again until 2005 when I started taking care of my Mother with Alzheimer’s Disease. I had a lot of free time to work on my artwork while caring for her, so from 2005 to 2015 I completed more than 300 Paintings. My Mother passed away in 2015, so after that I decided to get a website to sell my Art Prints. I began painting on 11″ x 14″ Bristol paper in 2005. Then I moved up to 16″ x 20″ canvas and 18″ x 24″ canvas paintings.  I also used 18″ x 24″ water color paper for some paintings. As of 2016, I stated working on 24″ x 36″ water color paper.

My Artwork is unique because I only apply one color at a time to each painting so at an art seating I will work on more than one painting at a time so it allows the paint to dry. My paintings are a building process until I apply the last color and the painting is finished. The Giclee art prints are beautiful and they are a exact match to the original painting.

Enjoy,
